        • Tier 2: $90/hour
        • Tier 3: $140/hour
      • Email support with a 24-hour response time.
      • Monthly system health reports.
    • Best For: Small businesses with basic IT needs, such as troubleshooting, software installations, and minor hardware fixes.

  1. Professional Support Package
    • Price: $750/month
    • Includes:
      • 10 hours of combined Tier 1 & Tier 2 support per month.
      • Discounted hourly rate:
        • Tier 3: $135/hour
      • Email and phone support with a 12-hour response time.
      • Bi-weekly system updates and backups.
      • Priority scheduling for on-site visits.
    • Best For: Businesses needing consistent system administration and network management.

  1. Enterprise Support Package
    • Price: $1,500/month
    • Includes:
      • 20 hours of combined Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support per month.
      • Discounted hourly rates for overages:
        • Tier 1: $45/hour
        • Tier 2: $85/hour
        • Tier 3: $130/hour

Additional Benefits for All Packages

  • Unused Hours Rollover: Any unused support hours roll over for up to 2 months.
  • Proactive Monitoring: We monitor your systems to identify and resolve issues before they become problems.
  • No Long-Term Contracts: Subscriptions are month-to-month, providing flexibility to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
  • SLA Violations are billed at 1/2 price: In the odd event we are unable to provide support services within the times, the service is billed at half price.

  • After-Hours Support Add-On: $200/month for after-hours coverage at subscription rates.
  • Holiday Support Add-On: $300/month for holiday coverage at subscription rates.
